One of our most favorite times of the year is San Diego Restaurant Week! It's the most perfect time to experience restaurants you've always wanted to visit. The participating restaurants puts their best foot forward to bring you mouth-watering prix-fixe menus with hopes you will return. We always visit restaurants we haven't tried.
Here's a quick recap of our favorites last Restaurant Week in Fall 2013.
1. Brockton Villa - Click here for the full post.
"With a front row view of rolling waves and the blue horizon, one could think that this might be the restaurant's main draw with its cuisine playing a supporting role. However, not even the majesty of the powerful Pacific Ocean can upstage Brockton Villa's masterfully crafted dishes."
2. The Blind Burro - Click here for the full post.
"This burro might be blind but that doesn’t mean that he can’t cook; because he can."
3. FOGO DE CHÃO - Click here for the full post.
"The ambiance, the wait staff, the drinks, the food- oh, the food! - everything has been so satisfying. Everything about Fogo De Chão is right. It has lived up to all the hype, and has delivered as a top notch churrascaria not only in the United States but in Brazil as well. Muito Obrigado Fogo De Chão! "
So what's on your list to visit in this round of San Diego Restaurant Week? So far, we have Prep Kitchen La Jolla on ours and we'd like to visit a couple more! Tweet us or Facebook us any recommendations of new places to try and we'll do the same!
